ATTENTION This BlognList Terms Of Use policy (BTU) is a legally binding agreement between you and BlognList over the duration of the BlognList service. By accepting these terms of service, expressly or impliedly through purchasing a BlognList service you acknowledge your obligations under and agree to be subject to the terms of this BTU. BlognList reserve the right to cancel any service based on breach of the terms herein. Please print this document for your personal records.
Limitation of Liability BlognList exclude liability under the terms
of this agreement for any loss or damage, in whole or in part, arising
as a direct or incidental effect of service provision.
Editorial Independence All reviews conducted by or on behalf of
BlognList will be written independently and liability under this
agreement is wholly excluded from BlognList and affiliates and partners
thereof.
Promotion of Hateful, Prejudice, Immoral Materials Attempts to
purchase BlognList services with a view to promoting offensive content,
determinable at the sole discretion of BlognList, are automatically in
default of this BTU, and may be rejected outright by BlognList pending a
refund in full of purchase price, less any expenses incurred to the
point of termination.
Reservations All other rights and responsibilities are reserved
to be exercised at the discretion of BlognList.
Choice of Adjudication Any matters for adjudication are to be
determined by BlognList in exercising reasonable discretion as to
jurisdiction and choice of law.
